JSC Spetssplav — this is an intensively developing chemical-metallurgical enterprise manufacturing complex, high technology production. It has its own, well-equipped capacities, and also carries out regular work on performance of technological researches, introduction and use in manufacture of new modern technologies.
On the enterprise there is well organized team of qualified specialists in the field of metallurgy, welding, chemistry, mechanics, calculus mathematics, economics and organization of production.
In the beginning of 1992 the enterprise was founded under the name of science-production firm REKO Ltd. At that time in the first half of 90-s, during the crisis of production and scientific-research organizations in the countries of CIS, researches and elaborations of REKO Ltd chose commercial trend and were held with support and participation of different business corporations. That time the company mastered the production of wide assortment of fillers, alloys and surfaces.
JSC Spetssplav was formed in 1998 with active assistance and financial participation of JSC Promarmatura. Retaining established economic and scientific relations with leading scientific-research and production organizations in the countries of CIS, continuing the work on elaboration of new materials and technologies of their production, Spetssplav at the same time makes prompt development of its own production base. Nowadays all the products of JSC Spetssplav are manufactured on its own production capacities.
On the metallurgical manufacture of the enterprise they produce alloys of special purpose, metals of technical cleanliness, ferroalloys, fused and welding materials, refractory compounds and compositions on their basis. For their manufacture metal-thermal (aluminum-thermal, magnesium-thermal, silicon-thermal), electro arc, etc., thermal ways and their combinations are used. Many of produced materials are used for own needs for the manufacture of welding and fused powder wires and electrodes. In particular, chrome metallurgical, iron — chrome — boron alloy (FCB), chromium carbide, zirconium, ferrotitanium, nickel boride, chrome boride, complex reduction agent FAST, etc.
The JSC Spetssplav makes a wide nomenclature welding and fused powder wire, and also powder a wire for out-of-furnace processing of metallurgical melting. Welding and fused materials are certificated in system UKRSEPRO. The production of JSC Spetssplav is noted by its high quality. It is delivered to many industrial enterprises of the metallurgical, extracting, power, machine building, and other branches of the industry of the CIS countries. System of quality management ISO 9001-2000 is implemented on the enterprise. Using its own production capacities JSC Spetssplav makes repair of equipment exploited in mining, metallurgical, machine-building fields.
In 2004 the enterprise elaborated and mastered technologies of obtaining peroxides of alkaline-earth metals, in particular calcium peroxide and barium peroxide. The modern level of the technical equipping of the industrial and research base, the intensive work carried in order to improve the professional skills of the personnel, the close interrelation of the service personnel with the suppliers and consumers provide a necessary rhythm of work of the enterprise and are the warranty of quality of the production manufactured by the JSC Spetssplav focused on the consumers’ needs.
