In December 2002 in the JSC Promarmatura has been introduced the system of a quality management corresponding to requirements of the international standards of series ISO 9000:2000.

In May 2003 the system of a quality management has successfully passed the certifying audit, which has been carried out by the Bureau Veritas Ukraine Ltd., the JSC Promarmatura has received the certificate of conformity of System of Quality and Management of the Company with the requirements МС ISO 9001:2000 in designing, development, purchase, storage and delivery of pipeline armature and equipment.

Joint-Stock Company Promarmatura pursues a policy in the field of the quality, directed on full satisfaction of consumers, maintenance of the confidence of each customer in the fact that the production and services will meet the requirements of standards, agreements, contracts, and correspond to his expectations and requirements.

The creation in JSC Promarmatura of the system of quality management corresponding to requirements МС — series ISO 9000:2000, is the first step on a way to the realization at the enterprise of the concept of a total quality management (TQM).

For an operative perfection of methods of work with consumers, the evaluation of their satisfaction, regular questioning with the consumers of the production of the enterprise is carried out.
