Not state Registry of reliable suppliers with the Chamber of Commerce of Ukraine operates since 1994 with the purpose of assistance in opening for the Ukrainian enterprises of foreign markets, to develop the scientific, technical and commercial relations between the Ukrainian businessmen and businessmen from other countries, to increase the opportunities of the foreign economic cooperation of the Ukrainian enterprises, to keep within the limits of the legislation an accessible information on subjects of economic activities.

The international practice shows, that the certificates of reliability of chambers of commerce is admitted by the majority of the developed countries as a certificate of economic competence of the enterprise.
