Protection of production from falsifications

In 2003 at our enterprise was introduced a system of protection of production from falsifications, excluding the imitation of our products and allowing the clients to convinced themselves, in a few minutes, in the authenticity of the production delivered by us.

The system of protection of production from falsification consists of the following components

1. Unique number of each product — is given at the moment of acceptance of the product in the warehouse of finished product by a method of installation of a number indicating seal made by BROOKS company, with the trade mark of the JSC Promarmatura. (At attempt of opening the seal collapses. The reuse is excluded).
2. Guarantee coupon with the protective number hologram, which is given out for each product at sale.
3. Computer database allowing our clients on two unique codes (number of a product and number of the guarantee coupon) to determine the denomination of a product, date of issue, date of sale, trade organization, consumer’s denomination.
4. Stopper of the orifices of the armature with a trademark of the JSC Promarmatura, which are installed on all products DN 25-200.

Features of false valves (taken from materials of American valve association, Scientific-Industrial Association of valve constructors (city Saint-Petersburg)

• Very law price ( 20-30% lower than market price);
• No designations on the body or unclear stamping of DN, PN, trade mark, their wrong location on the body;
• No marking of producer or obviously new marking on the body that does not look new;
• Fresh polished or sand blasted body, including the holes for studs; flanges, stem and other parts in fresh lubricant;
• Obvious repair with evident signs of fresh weld;
• Non standard face-to-face dimensions, flange thickness, quantity of holes for studs and nuts and so on;
• Non standard, different types materials of studs and nuts;
• Body castings are not smooth or do not correspond to the standard design;
• Unsuitable or worn-out packing of valve stem;
• Passport for the product is copied on Xerox.
• Time of manufacture according to the passport is more than 3 years ago, no mark about re-conservation.
• Unusual packing or packing materials, absence of factory marking on the packing.
