Our basic purposes

• satisfaction of actual and perspective requirements of the customer;
• increase the competitiveness of the production and services;
• broadening of the market of production sales and services (Ukraine, Russia, the CIS countries, PRC).

Main principles of achievement of objects in view

1. The consumer determines the quality degree. It is the consumer in particular, who wishes to receive production under such price and such quality which respond his requirements, and expectations.
2. The quality of the production and services is provided by all of the employees of the enterprise in daily activity. The improvement of the quality is the main task of all and each member of the Company: from the general director up to the ordinary employee.
3. High quality is provided constantly:
   • by perfection of a control system and quality management;
   • improvement of professional skill and training of each employee of the enterprise;
   • perfection of the working and introduction of new processes, technologies, etc.
4. A stable quality is achieved by means of development and carrying out of actions on operative elimination and the prevention of discrepancies based on the accumulation and the analysis of the authentic and full information on activity of the enterprise.
5. Granting of the quality of the production deliveries and services by means of a permanent work with the suppliers and the interactions with them on the basis of mutual interests.
