JSC «Armaprom»

Factory JSC Armaprom was founded in 1946. In the period of 1966-1975 the factory was reconstructed and over profiled into a plant, manufacturing stop, and safety valves made of corrosion-resistance steel.

Now the plant produces industrial pipe-line valves, which find wide application on both gas and oil producing complexes, in chemical, pharmaceutical, power, food and other branches of a national economy. The large-sized valve parts are made by method of casting. Factory has complete cycle of valve production – foundry, machining work shop, assembly department, modern testing complex and ware-house. JSC Armaprom has unique steel converter working by technology of gaseous-oxygen refining (GOR), which allows to receive steel grades such as 02Х18Н11, 03Х17Н13М2Т, 03Х20Н16АГ6, 03Х24Н6АМ3, 04Х15С(Т) etc. — unique acid-proof and precision steel grades for creation of new generation of pipe-line valves.

In 2009 - 2014 JSC Armaprom realizes a program of technical modernization, which allowed:

• Improve the quality of casting significantly (after commissioning modern molding line FAT, Germany),
• Improve quality and terms of production of moulds (new 5-coordinate machines with CNC DAHLIN 7200),
• Widen possibilities of machining of big parts,
• Master production of pipe-line valves for power stations (new testing complex for valves for power stations DN    PN )

Products of JSC “Armaprom” comply with requirements of technical standards, health standards, they are safe in operation and safe for environment. They comply with quality control system ISO 9001:2000. The plant has permission for use of products given by Department for control over safety of works in industry and power engineering in Republic of Belarus and declarations of compliance with Technical Regulations of Custom Union-032.

In 2014 the factory certified its products for supplies to the countries of European Union – certificates TUV NORD №
