Quality management
Pipe-line valves make one of main components of pipe-line transportation systems. Safe operation of pipe-lines, equipment for complicated technological processes is extremely dependant on reliable and failure-free work of pipe-line valves. Besides, big loss of money can be caused by break-down of valve participating in computer system of control over technological process in complicated production cycle (for example, cost of shutdown of carbamide work-shop of Odessa port plant is calculated in tens thousand Euro per day). Minimizing risks and decreasing of expenses on maintenance of important technological lines are impossible without using reliable equipment. That is why in the questions of production and supplies of its products JSC «Promarmatura» pays its utmost attention to reliability and quality.
System of tests and controls established on the enterprise allows us to control tens of parameters on each stage of production – from melting of steel till packing and marking of ready goods.
In 2003 our company was the first in Ukraine who certified processes of design, elaboration, production, purchase, storage and supply of pipe-line valves and equipment according to quality management system ISO 9001.
Products manufactured by factories of JSC «Promarmatura» comply with requirements of technical specifications, standards of UkrSEPRO, GOST-R of Federal agency on technical regulating and metrology in Russia, requirements of Federal agency on ecological, technological and nuclear control in Russia, Department for control over safety of works in industry and power engineering in Republic of Belarus.
Together with Ukrainian Association for valve industry, Ministry of industrial policy of Ukraine and with support of National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine we participate in governmental program, which has the goal to preclude a possibility of using pipe-line valves of dubious origin on the objects of major hazard, also import, sales and operation of products which were not certified.
